Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.
• Willingness to work onsite on a 9/80 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality work to prescribed standards and meet schedule and budget.
• Follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment (WHMIS).
• Use PPE and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Support and embody the company mission and values.
• Perform entry‑level assembly and sub‑assemblies from models/drawings.
• Perform simple assemblies and hardware installations (screws, washers, nuts).
• Wire prep, torque tool use, and basic troubleshooting in a production setting.
