Job summary

Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney with an interest in pre-suit, litigation, and SIU matters. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed attorney to build strong litigation skills with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-suit, litigation, and SIU matters; drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence; participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and examinations under oath;

Qualifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar (in good standing).
• Entry-level and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in insurance defense, litigation, and SIU matters.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and develop a long-term legal career.
