The Bizarre Agency in Coral Gables is seeking an energetic Pop-Up & Kiosk Sales Representative for an entry-level role. No experience required; full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with uncapped bonuses and commissions tied to performance.

You’ll represent client brands at pop-up events and kiosks, engage customers face-to-face, and work toward personal and team targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at pop-up events, retail kiosks, and promotional locations.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations.
• Build rapport and create positive, memorable customer experiences.
• Present products, promotions, and campaign information clearly and confidently.
• Generate customer interest and help drive sales and campaign results.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Support the setup and daily operation of pop-up booths and branded kiosks.
• Keep promotional areas professional, organized, and engaging.
• Work alongside an energetic team in busy retail and event environments.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions.
