Entry-Level Political Call Center Representative (Republican)

Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and be highly reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments
  • Follow client processes and perform all tasks courteously and professionally
  • Utilize systems and technology for account management
  • Document and process customer claims accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Use knowledge bases and training to answer questions accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem solving
  • Attend training and review updates regularly
  • Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Qualifications

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with data entry, fluent in English, reliable high-speed internet (20Mbps+), excellent communication and typing skills (20+ WPM), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to work scheduled shifts, and a customer service orientation. Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service or related fields, remote work experience, federal or state government experience.
