Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking an entry-level PMO/Business Analyst to support small projects under supervision. You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth execution of project activities within the PMO portfolio.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. PMI CAPM or CCBA certification is a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in project management, management, business administration, public administration, or systems management required.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, management, business administration, public administration, or systems management preferred.
• Human Resources may substitute experience for the required education.
• CAPM or CCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small project and related change orders under supervision.
• Oversee all life-cycle activities for the assigned portfolio (plan, execute, monitor/control, close).
• Coordinate tasks within a small project team (1–5 members) and ensure timely delivery.
• Familiar with department processes and project objectives to keep work moving smoothly.
