Job summary

Solidify Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Rogers, MN. You will operate injection molding, blow molding, and thermoset machinery in a warehouse setting to produce high‑quality plastic parts.

You will count, organize, assemble, label, package, and stage parts, and complete paperwork in our computer system. No prior experience required; we provide training and emphasize safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours
• No experience required; training provided
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Work around moving machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks)

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding, blow molding, and thermoset machinery in a warehouse environment
• Count, organize, assemble, label, package, and stage plastic parts
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation in computer system
• Trim excess material from parts using knife or other hand tools as needed
