Job summary

EverStaff, LLC in Perrysville, Ohio is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for entry-level manufacturing roles. These positions offer direct hire with a strong culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential, and provide training to learn machine operations on rotational molding equipment.

Shifts include Day 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and Night 6:00 PM–6:00 AM with rotating schedules. Prior machine experience is not required; you will be trained.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn machine operations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor molding equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments as needed.
• Measure and prepare the correct amount of colored plastic powder for production.
• Ensure proper material weights before loading molds.
• Remove finished plastic parts from molding equipment and transfer them to the production chute.
• Install and remove machine chains as required.
• Complete machine adjustment sheets and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training production helpers on proper adjustments and mold setups.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
