Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will act as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How you will contribute

• Answer the phone, greet and focus on donors, ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90 % of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• At least one year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (helpful).

Compensation and Benefits Summary

Location: USA – IN – Muncie. U.S. starting hourly wage: $16.00 (actual hourly wage to be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements). U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time, and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
