Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) to start in a residential/commercial sales track. You’ll undergo training and then focus on door-to-door sales, customer acquisition, and supporting technicians while pursuing growth opportunities.

Evening hours and some Saturdays are likely depending on seasonality. The role offers starting pay of $22/hour, plus commission after training, with potential to earn $80,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• A great attitude and strong work ethic.
• An acceptable drug test, criminal background check and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Secure D2D residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control sales.
• Sell “previous owner” Sentricon sales as needed to support the real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as determined by sales management.
• Inspect properties before submitting sales proposals.
• Utilize sales tools, prelists, and reports.
• Price all services and products as listed on pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per company policy and inform management when outside scope.
• Assist the Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new sales representatives.
• Care for and maintain sales equipment and company vehicle.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Cooperate with district and department personnel; participate in community activities.
