Job summary

Citigroup in West Palm Beach is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to support sales, products and service activities with the customer service team. The role focuses on building relationships with individual clients and helping increase deposits and cross-sell relevant financial solutions.

You will handle client inquiries, assist with lending opportunities under $250K, coach branch staff, and promote digital channels while ensuring compliance with Citigroup policies and risk

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM Program
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement appropriate sales plans
• Deliver client services/outbound and inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships
• Provide Tellers and branch staff with coaching and referrals on products and programs
• Educate clients on service and digital channels and present product offers/financial solutions
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold reputation and escalate control issues with transparency
