Citigroup Inc. is hiring a Personal Banker at the Northridge branch to support sales, service and product initiatives. You will work with the customer service team to foster client relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities.

This on-site role requires NMLS Safe Act compliance and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position emphasizes handling banking transactions, coaching colleagues, and ensuring policy compliance while growing a roster of consumer clients through excellent

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales, products or service activities with the customer service team.
• Build referral opportunities and cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Help grow the small business client and implement sales plans for the Book of Business.
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
