Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-sell of products
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals
• Educate clients on service channels and leverage marketing tools to uncover opportunities
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and regulations
