Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; banking/retail or sales experience preferred.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with loan requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence and MGM program.
• Assist in strategies to grow small business clients and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products, identifying client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citi policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess risk in decisions and escalate/report control issues with transparency.
