• Work with business credit requests under $250K and identify larger lending opportunities
• Build referral business through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM program
• Assist in strategies to grow small business client base and implement sales plans
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals
• Educate clients on service and digital channels and present product offers/solutions
• Assess risk in decisions, ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulations
