• Work with lending requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities across products.
• Develop COI and MGM referral opportunities.
• Grow small business client base with targeted sales plans.
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present financial solutions.
