Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, retail or sales preferred.
• NMLS registration and Safe Act compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and service activities in coordination with the customer service team.
• Develop and nurture relationships to foster loyalty and growth with consumer clients.
• Support cross-sell of treasury and related small business products.
• Provide coaching to Tellers and branch staff on products and referrals.
• Recognize client needs and educate on service channels and digital tools.
