Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of client-facing experience, preferably in banking or retail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering high-touch service.
• Process accurate, everyday banking transactions within established limits.
• Educate clients on products and digital options and refer to partners as needed.
• Identify client needs and turn routine transactions into meaningful moments.
• Maintain compliance with policies and AML/regulatory requirements.
