Responsibilities
Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate.
Maintain a caseload of about 100 small clients.
Review and approve ADP/ACP and other government forms.
Proactively communicate with clients about new industry developments.
Work with CPA, recordkeeper and advisor for a great client experience.
Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
Manage workload towards weekly goals in a results oriented environment.
Clearly communicate complex plan details to clients and advisors.
