Job summary

Zentech is seeking an Entry-Level PCB Manufacturing Tester to join our Operations team in Bloomington, IL. The tester will operate ICT and functional test equipment, verify PCB assemblies, and record test results to ensure quality standards are met.

This role offers hands-on training in electronics manufacturing, an opportunity to learn testing processes, and a collaborative work environment with emphasis on accuracy and safety in an ESD-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics is a plus but not required; 1–2 years is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate ICT, manufacturing defect, and functional test equipment for PCB assemblies.
• Test printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies per work instructions and specs.
• Record and maintain test data and inspection results.
• Identify defective products and communicate issues to supervisors/engineering.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, validation, and repair of test equipment.
• Label products and assemblies accurately for traceability.
• Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet goals.
