Job summary

Jabil in the United States is seeking a Quality Inspector to assist in the operation of the manufacturing line, uphold quality standards and drive efficiency while following safety requirements. You will perform routine inspections, read and follow procedures, and document results in the MES system.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years in a related production position, PCB assembly experience, and QC certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or external work experience.
• Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a degree in a related field preferred.
• Must be QC certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to QA standards.
• Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices, or SOPs; determine acceptance or rejection of product.
• Enter standardized information into computerized MES system indicating pass or fail of board.
