Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. is hiring entry-level payroll compliance auditors for an on-site Seattle position. You will receive paid training and then review employer payroll records to verify promised benefit contributions under labor contracts.

The role involves data entry, KPI-driven performance, and client communication. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an associate degree with relevant experience, strong organization, communication, and analytical skills, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or associate degree + equivalent work experience.
Able to juggle and prioritize workloads.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Attentive to details with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
Proficient in Word & Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
A confident and willing traveler with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with appropriate contracts.
Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software.
Write weekly status updates for each audit performed.
Effectively communicate with clients--ask appropriate questions, summarize audit results.
Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards (measured by KPI).
