Aviator Paving is a paving and grading contractor seeking a Construction Laborer to support on-site operations in North Carolina. Under the direction of a Foreman, you will help with grading, asphalt paving, curb work, and repairs, preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting equipment operators.

We emphasize safety, dependable attendance, quality workmanship, and teamwork. Training opportunities are available, with early start times and potential extended hours to meet project needs.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• No prior construction experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Site preparation and grading to set up work areas.
• Hand-grade and fine-grade subgrade and stone base; assist with paving prep.
• Rake, lute, and shovel hot asphalt; assist with edges and joints for smooth surface.
• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools; operate hand/power tools safely.
