Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information for registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and estimates.
• Utilize interpreter services as needed for language barriers.
• Input data into registration systems and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain privacy and safety standards in line with regulations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
