Friedman Vartolo LLP in Dallas, TX is seeking an entry-level paralegal to support a fast-growing team with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow.

You will draft motions and pleadings, file electronically, manage client and case files, keep calendars, and communicate with clients. A Bachelor's degree is required; internship experience is a plus. Responsabilités

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorney(s).
