Job summary

Friedman Vartolo LLP in Stamford, CT seeks an entry-level paralegal to join a fast-growing real estate and default services practice. You will draft motions, file electronically, manage documents, and coordinate client communications with supervision. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, excellent organization, and a Bachelor's degree.

Internship experience is a plus. Compensation is $18/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, FSA, fitness reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorney(s).
