Friedman Vartolo LLP seeks an Entry-Level Paralegal to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. You will draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents, and assist with e-filing and document recording.

You’ll maintain client files and calendars, while communicating clearly with clients and attorneys. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational, research, and writing skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorney(s).
