• Perform conflict checks using established firm procedures.
• Create and maintain accurate electronic case files.
• Enter case information and help calendar deadlines under attorney direction.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding new assignments and missing documentation.
• Assist with preparing and processing initial case documents as directed.
• Track outstanding intake tasks and follow up to keep matters moving.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
