Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday. This entry‑level role supports attorneys with document preparation, file management, basic legal research, and administrative duties in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, maintains confidentiality, and is comfortable using Word and Outlook.

Formación

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Previous legal experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, organizing case files, conducting basic legal research, and drafting correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, track important deadlines, communicate professionally with clients, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
