Staffmark Group seeks a Paralegal in Breaux Bridge, LA, offering $25.00 - $32.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule. The role focuses on professional, organized, client-focused support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Paralegal experience, an associate degree or Paralegal certificate, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Amicus experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer. E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience required.
• Experience in successions, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Amicus legal case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Draft legal correspondence and documentation
• Maintain organized case files and client records
• Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately
• Perform case-related data entry and record management
• Communicate with clients and parties involved in legal matters
• Track and maintain up-to-date client file information
• Provide administrative support as needed
