Hollingsworth & Vose in Walpole, MA is seeking an entry-level Production Operator (Third Hand) to support paper machine operations. You will work with high-speed equipment and may operate forklifts as part of materials movement and packaging.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and strong teamwork, communication, math, and mechanical skills. Training provided in a dynamic mill environment with day, evening, and night shifts. In-person work location is Walpole, MA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Industrial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with computers and able to work on computer systems.
• Candidates should be team players with good communication skills (English), good math and mechanical skills, safe working records, and the ability to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate, assist, and support paper machine operations.
• Assist in materials movement, labeling and packaging, and scrap removal.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping in the Mill area and other tasks as assigned.
