Qualifications

• Excellent hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Excellent vision including normal color vision.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team with good cooperative skills.
• Ability to use PPE and safety equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.).
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow work instructions for paint type, tolerances and thickness.
• Load, adjust and perform light maintenance of HVLP coating equipment.
• Apply organic finishes to a variety of substrates and configurations.
• Maintain safety practices per directives and wear PPE as required.
• Handle Hazardous Waste procedures and related labeling and disposal responsibilities.
