Job description

Arcosa Shoring Products, is seeking a Industrial Painter in our Houston, Tx plant. As a Painter, you'll prepare, coat and finish metal and/other surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of services.

What you'll do:

• Prepare materials, surfaces and structures for coverage with paint, laminate rubber and other material
• Operate conventional and airless equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies and water borne paint systems according to the prescribed formula
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety rules and regulation

Desired qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience
• Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment in that area.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safety and efficiently.
