Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation work: masking, sanding, caulking, priming
• Support coating applications on walls, ceilings, trim, and specialty surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized job site daily
• Learn advanced finishing techniques through hands-on mentorship
• Follow safety protocols and handle tools and materials properly
• Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow painters
• Accurately track hours using internal software systems

Qualifications

• Some experience in painting, construction, or general labor preferred but not required
• Eagerness to learn fine finishing techniques
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willingness to grow within the company and assume more responsibilities over time
