We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter to perform various duties, including but not limited to preparing color tints, mixing paints, and ensuring all paint operations meet OEM standards. Responsibilities also include proper application sequencing, masking removal, and reassembly of disassembled parts before vehicle return.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively
