Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA, is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate. This position handles packaging of materials and finished products, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires basic English communication, basic math and computer skills, and a High School diploma or GED. Training is provided (Altium Packaging Associate I within 90 days), with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintains punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
• Operates packaging equipment and handles materials per GMP.
• Inspects bottles for quality during production and labeling.
• Monitors packaging materials and replenishes as needed.
• Moves finished goods to designated areas and maintains organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
