Job summary

Altium Packaging in Argos, Indiana is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. The role includes loading, moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

You will monitor conveyor lines, clear jams, inspect bottle quality, and support labeling and packaging in a fast-paced plant environment. Training is provided within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates teamwork by working well with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
