Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into Nashville and is seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Project Coordinator. No roofing experience is required; paid training and a proven system will help you develop your skills and grow your career.

As you meet homeowners after storms, you will inspect roofs and other exterior areas, explain the insurance restoration process, coordinate projects from inspection through completion, and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Willing to complete Nashville training in Dallas, TX (up to 90 days).

Nashville launch training

All Nashville hires must complete a paid training program in Dallas, Texas, lasting up to 90 days. After training, you'll return to help launch and grow our Nashville team.

Training covers sales, project management, and customer service, with ongoing coaching and leadership development.
