Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Shelby region in Ohio. Base salary is $42K with uncapped commissions and a $11K bonus, plus annual target compensation up to $105K.

You will own your territory, engage homeowners through direct outreach, and drive growth by selling high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. Territory includes Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPad.
• Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
