Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Sebring to drive direct-to-home fiber internet sales. You will own your territory, engage homeowners, and present Omni Fiber’s services in-home, with a focus on growth and customer value in the Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, Strasburg and nearby areas.

You will start with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, targeting substantial annual earnings.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve. This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, Strasburg, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact. No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.
