Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Dover region. You will engage homeowners through direct door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations, presenting the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll own your territory, nurture relationships, and drive growth by expanding the customer base across Columbiana, Dover, and nearby communities. No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience? We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, Strasburg, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.
