Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Lodi region in Ohio. You will engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations, selling fiber internet, voice, and TV services to build a strong local customer base.

Base salary is $42K with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with annual target compensation up to $105K. The role offers substantial earning potential, a 401(k) with matching, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with acceptable record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones) a plus.
• Use of a personal vehicle required; IRS-rate mileage reimbursements for territory travel.

• $1,000 Bonus in the 1st month or faster
• $1,500 Bonus in the 2nd month or faster

• $1,000 Quarterly Bonus ($4,000 possible)

• Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve.

This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Copley, Homerville, Litchfield, Lodi, Seville, Spencer, Wadsworth, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.

What You'll Do

What to Expect

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)
• A highly visible, community-based role where your effort directly drives results

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
