Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a direct-to-home role in the assigned territory. You will connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home presentations to explain the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.

You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, maintaining a professional image, and following all company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for territory travel.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required; travel reimbursement provided at IRS rates after 50 miles roundtrip in assigned territory and for travel outside territory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $42,000 plus uncapped commission with an annual target compensation up to $105,000.
• Bonus potential including $1,000 in the 1st month, $1,500 in the 2nd month, $2,500 in the 3rd month, $1,000 quarterly bonus (up to $4,000), and a $2,000 annual bonus.
• 401(k) with employer matching contribution up to 4%.
• Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO (prorated first year), 8 company paid holidays, and up to 3 floating holidays.
