Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Crestline and surrounding communities. You will engage homeowners with face-to-face presentations and in-home consultations, explaining the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory and grow the customer base across the communities served. The role offers a very competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a target compensation up to $105,000 per year.

In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve. This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)
• A highly visible, community-based role where your effort directly drives results

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
