Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet adoption in the Ashland region, including Huron, with door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations to demonstrate value of high-speed internet, voice, and TV services.

You'll own your territory, build relationships, and push customer growth across communities we serve. The role includes a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and bonus potential, along with robust benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with a strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

• Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Bellevue, Clyde, Fostoria, Fremont, Gibsonburg, Green Springs, Huron, Monroeville, Norwalk, Sandusky, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.

No prior sales experience?
