Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Crestline region, engaging homeowners through door-to-door conversations and in-home consultations. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth by selling high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

The role offers a generous compensation package with base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses, plus training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate.

This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs‑giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands‑on training to set you up for success from day one.
