Hibu is looking for motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team, helping local businesses grow with digital marketing solutions across websites, SEO, and ads.

The program starts with 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching, then ongoing mentorship in a high-reward environment with hybrid flexibility.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions; Year 1 on-target earnings $85,000–$95,000 and Year 2 $100,000–$115,000, with comprehensive benefits.
