Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Step into a territory-based sales representative role, focusing on direct engagement. Receive comprehensive training to reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across sectors. Your main goal is to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce. Engage in one-on-one discussions and group presentations, with daily opportunities for growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Use our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory and neighboring communities.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit new businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and re-service existing clients.
  • Build and nurture your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your sales manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan and submit your weekly schedule.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activities.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and fee reimbursement provided).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with consideration for recent graduates or those with relevant sales or athletic backgrounds.
