IBC Incorporated is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing & Fundraising Associate to support outreach campaigns, engage with the public, and help raise awareness for charitable organizations and fundraising initiatives. This role offers training and development opportunities for individuals starting a career in marketing, communications, fundraising, or community engagement.

No prior experience is required, and candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, or volunteering

Responsabilités

• Represent charitable organizations, nonprofit partners, and fundraising campaigns professionally.
• Engage with members of the public to raise awareness of charitable causes and community initiatives.
• Explain campaign goals and communicate how individuals can support participating organizations.
• Assist with in-person marketing, promotional events, and fundraising outreach activities.
• Build positive relationships with potential donors and community members.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about fundraising initiatives.
• Support campaign goals by encouraging participation and communicating impact.
• Work collaboratively with team members to coordinate outreach activities.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and campaign briefings.
