Resilient Enterprises Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking entry-level Fundraising Representatives to support charitable campaigns through face-to-face outreach, donor engagement, and community education on-site.

You will receive paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop skills in customer service, communications, leadership, and campaign operations while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.
• Previous fundraising, sales, customer service, or nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent charitable and nonprofit organizations in a professional and positive manner.
• Engage with members of the public and educate them about important causes.
• Conduct face-to-face fundraising and donor outreach.
• Help increase awareness, participation, and support for charitable campaigns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer and donor service.
• Assist with campaign setup, organization, and daily operations.
• Participate in training focused on fundraising, communications, and leadership.
• Work with team members to achieve fundraising and campaign goals.
• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on experience.
