Job summary

The Market Social is hiring entry-level Customer Engagement Representatives to support community outreach and fundraising campaigns for charitable causes. This on-site role involves engaging the public at retail events and live campaigns to raise awareness and support for meaningful initiatives.

You will interact with community members, share information about nonprofits, educate supporters on impact, and help coordinate campaign materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to support community outreach and fundraising campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and excited to build experience in community engagement, fundraising, event marketing, and leadership development.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with the public at retail activations, live events, and outreach campaigns, helping raise awareness and support for meaningful charitable initiatives while creating positive community experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Help coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and campaign setup
• Work closely with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development sessions
• Learn and apply communication, outreach, and donor engagement strategies in real-time environments
